RoomAI ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered mobile application that transforms photos of rooms into redesigned interior concepts ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using RoomAI, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information (via Google Sign-In):

• Email address
• Display name
• Profile picture

Room Photos:

• Photos you upload of your room for the purpose of generating AI interior design concepts.

Purchase Information:

• Token purchase history and transaction records, processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat.

Usage Data:

• Basic technical information such as device type and app interaction data, collected automatically through Firebase.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Authenticate your account and provide access to the App
• Generate AI-powered interior design results based on your uploaded photos
• Track and manage your token balance
• Process purchases and manage your subscription/token history
• Improve and maintain the App's functionality

4. Data Retention

Room photos are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within approximately one hour of upload. We do not retain copies of your uploaded photos beyond this period, and we do not use them for any purpose other than generating your requested design.

Account information (email, display name, profile picture, token balance) is retained for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

5. Third-Party Services

RoomAI relies on the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication, temporary photo storage, and app data management. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Replicate — processes uploaded photos to generate AI-based interior design images. Photos sent for processing are not retained by us afterward.
• Google Play Billing — processes all in-app purchases. RoomAI does not receive or store your payment card details; this is handled entirely by Google.
• RevenueCat — manages subscription and purchase records (transaction history, purchase identifiers) to keep your token balance accurate across devices.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

6. Children's Privacy

RoomAI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures (including those provided by Firebase and Google Cloud) to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing (which may limit your ability to use the App)
